Jon Jetullahu is the voice in trusted digital services and regional innovation, serving as the CEO of IT Vision, a prominent Kosovo-based tech company providing eIDAS-accredited digital identity, qualified electronic signatures, and biometric signature solutions. Under his leadership, IT Vision has successfully deployed trust services in Kosovo and Montenegro, a pioneering milestone in the region’s digital transformation.

Beyond the private sector, Jon is deeply engaged in the strategic development of Kosovo’s national eID platform & eWallet, making him key actor in shaping the future of secure digital identity infrastructure in the national level. His influence extends through active leadership in economic development NGOs, where he facilitates cross-border collaborations that foster entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability and regional trade.

With experience on managing digitalization, policy reform, economic, tourism and capacity building projects, Jon has contributed to major initiatives supported by the European Union, World Bank, USAID, GIZ, RCC, IPA and regional government programs. His expertise spans trade facilitation, harmonized systems, technology access, grant management, and digital tourism—always advocating for inclusive, future-ready ecosystems.

A graduate of the University of Derby (UK) with a Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in Business Management, Jon’s early career included regional leadership roles in one of the EU’s top-ranked German startups, further strengthening his credentials in startup innovation and cross-market scaling.
