Partin Pruthi is a seasoned legal expert specializing in the intersections of finance, information technology, and data protection. As the Head of Legal at TEB Sh.A., one of the country’s most prominent financial institutions, he leads the bank’s legal strategies, ensuring alignment with both national and international standards, and fostering innovation within the financial sector.

He also serves as Chairman of the Legal Committee at the Kosovo Banking Association, where he leads industry-wide efforts to strengthen legal frameworks, promote regulatory best practices, and support the development of a stable and transparent banking environment.
